Whether you're carrying the weight of a diagnosis like depression, anxiety, trauma, or ADHD — or simply feeling stuck in your relationships, emotions, or sense of purpose — therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin again.

If you call a rideshare, the first thing they ask is where you are and where you want to go. That’s where we’ll start too.

In our work together, we may explore your relationship to yourself, to others, and to the stories that have shaped your life. We might uncover emotional patterns, attachment dynamics, or unconscious beliefs that are holding you back. Alongside that exploration, we’ll build tools for self-regulation, clarity, and grounded change.

This is therapy that meets you where you are — whether you're in crisis, moving through a transition, or simply ready to look more honestly at your life.
