Therapy is a space to reflect, feel, and begin to shift what’s no longer working — and build on what is. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in clarity, nervous system awareness, and self-trust. Individual Therapy

Support for the whole self. Explore what is and isn’t working, reconnect with what matters, and begin building steadier, more intentional ways of living.

Trauma Therapy

If you’re overwhelmed by ghosts of the past — experiences that still live in your body and impact your relationships, work, or self-care — we’ll gently make space for healing. Using a blend of self-regulation and depth-oriented exploration, we’ll begin to piece together a story of resilience.

ADHD & Executive Function Support

Real-world strategies, emotional insight, and tools for self-regulation — all grounded in self-acceptance. You can learn to dance to the beat of your own drum. Even in a world that doesn’t always understand your rhythm, you can find grace, confidence, and ease.

Holistic & Psychodynamic Therapy

Therapy that honors both your inner world and daily life. We’ll explore patterns, emotions, and the mind-body connection to support meaningful insight and healing. This foundational work informs every aspect of how I support clients.

Insight-Oriented Therapy

Sometimes called depth work, this approach is for thoughtful clients seeking clarity, emotional insight, or spiritual meaning. Together, we’ll explore how your mind works, how your past continues to shape the present, and what understanding can unlock.
